Service Description
Meet Santa live from the North Pole for a personal 10-minute Christmas visit created around your child. Parents or guardians provide a few details after booking—such as names, interests, accomplishments, pets, and Christmas wishes—so Santa can make the conversation feel genuinely personal. The visit takes place online from the comfort of home and is designed for one child or one household. A parent or guardian must be present. Please submit the required information at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit.
Cancellation Policy
Live Visits may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund or a new available time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit and missed visits are generally non-refundable. Santa will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when availability permits.
