Is a parent or guardian required?
Yes. A parent or guardian must remain present throughout every live visit. You decide what information to share beforehand, and live visits are not recorded by Actually Santa without your explicit permission.
How do I book a visit?
Select Book a Visit, choose an available 10-minute time, and complete payment online. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation and the parent or guardian questionnaire. Please submit the questionnaire at least 48 hours before the visit.
What equipment do I need?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone, plus a reliable internet connection. For the best experience, choose a quiet, well-lit space and join a few minutes early.
May I record the visit?
Yes, a parent or guardian may make a personal recording from their own device, provided everyone present knows the visit is being recorded. Actually Santa does not automatically record the call or provide a downloadable video afterward. Please request permission before posting clips publicly or using them commercially.
What ages are the visits designed for?
There is no strict age limit, though live visits generally work best for children ages 3–10 who are comfortable participating in a short video call. Parents and guardians know their children best and are welcome to include siblings in the same household.
