How Your Live Visit Works
Choose a Time
Select an available 10-minute visit and complete your booking online. You’ll receive a confirmation with the next steps and your scheduled date and time.
Tell Santa About Your Child
Complete the parent or guardian questionnaire at least 48 hours before the visit. Share the child’s name and pronunciation, interests, accomplishments, pets, Christmas wishes, and anything Santa should avoid mentioning.
Meet Santa Live
At the scheduled time, use the meeting link in your confirmation email to join from a phone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone. A parent or guardian must remain present during the visit. Santa will take it from there.
How Your Personalized Video Works
Tell Santa About Your Child
Complete the order form with your child’s name and pronunciation, interests, accomplishments, Christmas wishes, and anything Santa should know or avoid mentioning.
Place Your Order
Submit the form and complete payment for your personalized video message. Once the order is complete, Santa will have everything needed to get started.
Santa Records Your Message
Santa creates a one-of-a-kind 2–4 minute message in his own voice, prepared especially for your child and delivered within three business days.
