A parent or guardian must be present throughout every live visit. You decide what information to share, and Santa uses those details to prepare a personal conversation. Live visits are not recorded by Actually Santa without the parent or guardian’s explicit permission.
How the Magic Works
Book a time, then complete a short questionnaire about your child’s name, interests, accomplishments, pets, and Christmas wishes. Before the visit, you’ll receive the online meeting details. Please submit the questionnaire at least 48 hours in advance.
A Thoughtful Experience
Every visit is prepared individually—not pulled from a generic script. Santa follows the information provided by the parent or guardian and avoids subjects you identify as sensitive or off-limits.
